I’m Thaís — originally from Brazil, but Dublin has been home for the past 10 years. Since landing here, I’ve worked deep in the restaurant and bar industry, and I know how much a great image can do for a plate, a cocktail, or a brand.
From Michelin plates to margaritas on tap, I shoot the flavours that make this city unforgettable.
